SummaryThis role is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing and business development efforts in Malaysia, with additional responsibility for office administrative support. The position focuses on managing vendor and partner relationships, executing local marketing and promotional activities for company solutions, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage follow-up and applications for local vendor/partner authorizations in Malaysia (e.g., IT manufacturers and distributors).
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and key customers.
  • Support local market promotion of the company’s solutions through media exposure, campaigns, and marketing activities.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives for solutions such as training, leasing, and call center services.
  • Provide support for office administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, business development, or partner/vendor management, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Familiarity with the local Malaysia market and business environment.
  • Basic knowledge of office administration processes is an advantage.
